What to do when your list does not respond to your offer:
Don't panic, there could be a few reasons why this may have happened.
1) It could be that your email may not have gotten through in which case your subscribers never got a chance to view your offer to begin with. Check your autoresponder stats to see if this is the case.
2) Sometimes the product doesn't convert like you expect. Let's face it, finding high converting products to promote is a hit or miss. You really don't know until you make the offer.
3) A great way to pinpoint your subscribers reason for not responding to your offer is to send out a survey asking for their feedback. A pretty good tool you can use to collect this information can be found at: http://www.surveymonkey.com
You can join for free and send out a survey to collect the needed information to make adjustments that can increase your profitability.
Make sure that you are promoting quality offers. Nothing can hurt conversions more than promoting offers that are of low value (junk).
In any case make whatever adjustments you need to make based on the feedback you get and send out another one.
